What is your pricing method?
My work is priced according to its size and difficulty. Artwork starts at a standard 300dpi resolution upon a 4000x4000px canvas that is cropped to fit the finished product. If a specific size/resolution is required, be sure to mention this in your request, as the price may increase accordingly.
What Kind of Commision Subjects Do I Take?
Character art and logo design are my specialty.
What Kind Of Content Am I Comfortable Drawing?
Safe For Work (SFW) Original Content.
Why Only SFW Content?
Easier than printing a laundry list of does and don’ts.
How Do I Request A Commission?
- Submit all commission requests to undergroundsophisticate@outlook.com and allow me 24-48 hours to respond.
- When composing your e-mail, be sure to title the subject line with “COMMISSION REQUEST – Your Name.”
- State the type of commission you would like as either Line art, flat or full-render.
- Give a basic description of the artworks desired characteristics. Limit yourself to a couple sentences.
- Provide any necessary references as an attachment to the e-mail. Limit the number of attached reference images to three or less.
How Long Does A Commission Take?
Commissioned work will begin after acceptance. An “Incompletion Refund” can be obtained after I have had 2 weeks(14 Days) to work on a commission. Correspondence delays due to late responses by the commissioner does not count toward those days.
What About Edits Or WIPs?
If desired, “Work In Progress” report images can be sent for approval at each stage of the creative process: Sketch, Flatting, and Rendering. Request for an edit can be made at each stage. Editing windows do not stack and are forfeited, if not used, after proceeding to the next stage. Each edit request, after the first for each stage, will cost half the commission price and extend the final delivery window by three days.
If you asked for WIP reports and wish to request an edit, please take you time and submit all your changes in one concise e-mail response. Any changes after that e-mail will incur edit penalties.
If you elect to skip WIP reports entirely, then you will only have one chance to request an edit at the final stage of your commission.
Keep in mind that when requesting edits or WIP reports, the delivery window will be extended based upon the length of time it takes for me to confirm your response. This means, if you take over 2 weeks to respond to a WIP report or edit request, you will not be eligible for an incompletion refund at that time because I cannot continue work without your approval.
An “Incompletion Refund” can only be obtained after I have had 2 weeks(14 Days) to work on a commission. Correspondence delays due to late response by the commissioner does not count toward those days.
What About Payment Methods?
All payment is accepted through PayPal in USD. After reaching an agreement, an invoice for the works full price will be forwarded. Upon receiving a confirmation of full payment, work will begin immediately.
What About Refunds?
A refund may be requested at any time. A refund on work already in progress will result in only a 50% return. Any Commission not completed within the predefined 2 week period may be terminated and fully refunded immediately upon request.
Can artwork be altered/edited/reposted by the commissioner?
Yes. You paid for it. You own it.
Can The Artwork be Resold Or Used Commercially?
Yes, but that intent must be clear initially so that I may keep a record of it. Artwork intended for commercial use should not be altered, outside of cropping, and must be properly credited.
